Repair Pricing
There is a non-refundable charge of $47.50/per unit
(plus shipping) to diagnosis the problem. After we
diagnose the unit we will call you to inform you of
the issue and provide you with a quote to fix it.
Some issues can be diagnosed and fixed for the
initial charge. Unfortunately we can not give any
quotes without first receiving the units.
Payment
When receiving the quote for repairs you will
also receive a Credit Card Authorization form. This
form allows you to pay for any and all repair
charges with your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or
American Express.
If you are a Government customers and have to us
a PO, please fill out the RMA form. When you receive the RMA
confirmation by email please reply to it explaining
your payment requirements and our accounting
department will contact you.
