Repair Warranty
Except as otherwise provided below, COR Security,
Inc. provides a limited warranty on only the
product, parts, and repair being sold for a period
of 60 days. This warranty specifically excludes, and
COR Security shall not be held responsible for,
damage caused by any malfunction or failure
attributable to acts of God, improper use or
installation, poor or no maintenance, work performed
by any one other than a COR Security, Inc.
technician; failure to follow manufacture's
operating instructions or environmental
specifications, modification, vandalism, shipping
and/or handling, improper storage, accident, abuse
or any other cause not within the control of COR
Security, Inc.
COR Security, Inc. shall not, in any event be
liable for any consequential or incidental damage
suffered by Buyer or anyone claiming by, through, or
under Buyer, as a result of the condition of this
product, or any part of portion thereof, and there
are no oral or written undertakings or agreements of
any type provided by COR Security, Inc. except as
expressly set forth herein.
The liability of COR Security, Inc. under this
warranty is limited to the repair, or replacement of
the products covered by this warranty and will be
the sole. Warranty claims should be emailed to
Omnilock@CORsecurity.com. The notice should include
information as to the identity of the Product and
its defect along with a customer contact name,
company name, address, and phone number. COR
Security, Inc. will then provide shipping
directions, with all shipping charges prepaid by
you. COR Security, Inc. will then cause the Product
to be examined and, if found defective and covered
under this warranty, will repair, replace, or refund
said Product at the sole discretion of COR Security,
Inc.
